FACE MASKS

For adult and kids use, except for those with heart and lung health issues. Those with allergies to non-woven fabrics are advised to use it with caution.

The medical face mask is for one time use and should be disposed after each use. It is recommended that the user changes the mask every 4 hours. When removing the mask, fold and dispose it appropriately, and wash your hands immediately.

No. Alcohol and sanitisers damage the quality and effectiveness of the melt-blown filter fabric.

Do not use the mask if the inner packaging or the box is damaged. Use it as soon as the box is opened.
Yes, all our masks carry a specific medical grade, and are CE certified and MDA (Medical Device Authority) approved.
The Premium medical face mask is made of ultra-gentle earloops, and extra soft premium non-woven material that helps to reduce skin irritation from longwear, thus is perfect for those with sensitive skin.

Please look out for the following features that distinctly differentiate our product from a fake product:

  1. The bottom of the box is white
  2. Folds on the inside is white

For some series, we have put a QR Code Sticker on our packaging, which only authentic Neutrovis products have. Currently this only applies to Premium 4-ply Masks such as Premium Black, Denim Blue, Hunter Green.

Body Wash

Dispense an appropriate amount onto wet palm and lather over whole body for at least 20 seconds. Rinse off thoroughly.

Laundry Pods

Our laundry pod films are biodegradable; made of naturally derived enzymes that are eco-friendly.
Ensure the pack is sealed tightly after each use. Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from moisture.
NEUTROVIS Laundry Pods are suitable for both front-load and top-load machines.
a) Refer to the back of packaging for recommended dosage. b) Toss it in your washing machine along with your clothes. c) Select and start your desired wash cycle.
The laundry pods perform great at any water temperature. As always, be sure to follow your washing machine guides for the type of clothing you are washing.
a) Keep out of reach of children and pets. b) If swallowed, drink plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately. c) If pods get stuck together, gently separate them with dry hands. Do not pull as pods may tear. d) For handwashing, soak clothes and let pod dissolve completely in water and leave for more than 18 minutes before washing.
No. The laundry pods are FREE from parabens, alcohol, mineral oil, formaldehyde, bleaching agents, heavy metals & aluminum/phosphate.

ORDER & SHIPPING

For orders less than RM100, a delivery fee of RM8 will be charged for addresses in Peninsular Malaysia and RM17 for East Malaysia. Free delivery automatically applies to both locations for all orders worth RM100 or above, and 40 boxes or below.
Delivery is expected to take 5-7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and 7-14 working days for East Malaysia, including Labuan. Please note that there will be no delivery during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the issue you have faced in your order. Kindly contact us at admin@neutrovis.com so we can proceed to correct the issue immediately.

If you have purchased the product from any of our authorized retailers, you can show the product defect to them, then return the product in exchange for a new one. If you have purchased the product from our official website, please report this defect and we will get back to you on how we can exchange the product for you.
