BEWARE IMITATION AND COUNTERFEIT GOODS

Dear valued customers and partners of NEUTROVIS,
We have recently received reports of imitation and counterfeit NEUTROVIS goods being sold in the Malaysian retail market. These products fall short of our quality standards and may cause serious health and safety issues if used.
We take these violations seriously as it concerns the health and safety of the public. Moving forward we will work with Malaysian authorities to curb these illegal activities and will not hesitate to take legal action against any wrong-doers.
We would like to encourage you, our customers, to join us to combat imitations and counterfeit goods by reporting known or suspected counterfeits to us. Please note NEUTROVIS will accept no liability whatsoever for any damages caused by using such counterfeit products.
We have many distributors and resellers who carry our authentic products to whom we are grateful for, but we cannot at the moment verify each and every one of them.
